Are the same products available online and in the physical store?

No, the products available in our online store and physical store are different.

Can I try on and buy items from the online store in your physical store?

Yes, you can try on items from the online store in our physical store. Just ask our staff for an online item you want to try on.

Can I buy products from your physical store online?

Unfortunately, the items available in our physical store are separate from our online inventory, and they cannot be purchased through our website.

Where do your clothes come from?

Our clothes are carefully sourced from various parts of the world to offer unique vintage pieces. Specific sourcing locations are confidential information due to business reasons.

Are the clothes pre-washed?

Yes, all clothes undergo a washing and inspection process before going for sale.

Can I sell my clothes to you?

Unfortunately, we do not purchase clothing from private sellers. We have our own sources for our stock.

How often do you add new items for sale?

We aim to add new products to our online store every week. However, in our physical store, we restock daily, ensuring you’ll find fresh items whenever you visit us.

Can I reserve products?

Items in our physical store can be reserved for a period of 48 hours. Unfortunately, products from our online store cannot be reserved.

Do you offer gift cards, and how can I purchase and use them?

Yes, we offer gift cards. You can purchase a gift card here or from our physical store.

Online Purchase: You can conveniently purchase a virtual gift card online, and it will be sent directly to your selected email address.

In-Store Purchase: Alternatively, you can visit our physical store, where you can purchase a physical gift card. This card will be given to you in person or sent to your provided email address.

Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for both online and in-store purchases.

Can I exchange or return a product? How does it work?

For online purchases, you can return a product within 50 days. For details on the process, please visit our Shipping and Returns page. If you want to exchange a product, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you’d like.

In our physical store, there is a 14-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels attached and with the original receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase for the return to be accepted.
