Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms that are valid at the time.

Payment and payment methods

We partner with Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), located at 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, to offer secure and versatile payment options in our webshop. Available payment methods include major credit and debit cards, among other electronic payment methods. Detailed information on Stripe’s services and terms can be found at www.stripe.com or provided during the payment process within our webshop.

Payment by gift card

Gift cards can be applied as payment or partial payment for your purchase. Enter the gift card code at checkout. Note that the gift card must be applied during the purchase process and cannot be added to the order afterwards.

Order and payment confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation detailing your purchase. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your order number available. Always check that the content of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and cost

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in which case the exact delivery cost is presented.

We reserve the right to send small items as letters to your home address within Finland.

Return policy

50-day return period for all purchases, regardless of your location. If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, you have 50 days from the date of receipt to return the item.

If you wish to return the item you ordered, send it back within 50 days after receiving your order and we will refund you. We will make the refund using the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

We will refund you once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in the same condition as when it was sold.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, without additional wear or damage and must not be worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return or offer a partial refund if this condition is not met.

Please pack the items carefully to prevent any damage during transit.

Returns in Finland, the Baltics, Sweden, Denmark and Germany

We offer our customers a free 50-day return policy in Finland, the Baltics, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

You can return your ordered items through a local postal outlet. Pack the items carefully and attach the address label on the parcel. You can leave the parcel at your nearest service point.

Returns for the Rest of Europe and Worldwide

If you’re returning an item from outside of Finland, the Baltics, Sweden, Denmark or Germany, we offer a 50-day return policy. You are responsible for organizing and covering the costs of return shipping.

Unclaimed package

An unclaimed package is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation of the order. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery cost.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company.
