About FTA
FTA is a vintage clothing store founded in 2020 in Helsinki, Finland. Our mission is to create a modern shopping experience for second-hand clothing through a high-quality, curated selection.
Our clothing is carefully sourced from various parts of the world to offer a curated selection of unique vintage pieces. Every item is hand-picked based on its style, quality, and relevance in today’s fashion.
Unfortunately, we don’t buy clothing from private sellers. All our pieces are sourced through trusted partners and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and curation.

Sizing
Each item includes specific measurements and fit details so you can accurately assess how it will fit.
Because our vintage items are one-of-a-kind, sizing can vary between pieces. Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards, so we mark the listed size on how the item fits rather than on the original size tag. For women’s items, sizes are marked according to the size tag. We always recommend checking the measurements before purchasing.
Condition guide
We want the customer to have a clear idea of the product's condition, and we will inform you with a detailed description of the item’s condition. Every item is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and quality-checked before being listed. Any noticeable defects are clearly mentioned in the product description and shown in the photos.
Yes. All items are washed and inspected before being sold. We want every item to feel fresh, ready to wear, and up to our quality standards.
As vintage items, some pieces may show minor signs of wear. Minor signs of wear may include slight fading, small marks, or subtle fabric wear consistent with the garment’s age. We focus on offering vintage clothing in good condition and do not sell items with major flaws. If an item has any noticeable defects, they are always clearly mentioned and shown in the product photos.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on your location. For domestic deliveries, shipping starts at €3.49. You can find all shipping rates on our Shipping & Returns page.
Once we receive your order, it will be shipped within 24 hours. European deliveries usually arrive within 5 days, while orders outside Europe may take 5-14 days depending on the destination.
All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use that to track your order on the courier’s website.
Changes and cancellations are only possible if we haven’t processed your order yet. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, and if the order has already been packed and shipped, unfortunately, we’re no longer able to cancel it. In that case, you can follow our standard return process once you receive the package.
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. The rules and thresholds vary by country and unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges. If you’re unsure about possible fees, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges.
Returns
For online purchases, you can return a product free of charge within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original condition without any additional damage or wear.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges for online purchases, but you can return the product with our return policy and place a new order of the item that you would like instead.

Yes, any online orders can be returned to our physical store within 30 days of receiving the order, but the refund will be processed online and will be issued to the original payment method.
After receiving your return, we will process it and refund your order. You will get an email confirmation when the refund has been completed. We will do our best to handle your return as fast as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after arrival.
If you happen to receive a product that is not in the expected condition or contains any defects that wasn’t mentioned in the product description, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support. We are committed to quickly addressing and resolving any concerns you may have regarding the product you’ve received.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and true shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.

No, our physical store and online store have different selections.
New items are added to the physical stores daily in order to keep the selection fresh and worth revisiting. We focus to add items that are up-to-date with current fashion trends and season.
In our online store we add items in bigger drops that consist categories of items relevant to the season and current trends. We announce every drop in our Instagram @ftavintage, and by following us, you can make sure to keep updated of every new drop in our online store.
Items in our physical store can be reserved for 48 hours. Unfortunately, products from our
online store cannot be reserved.
Yes, items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The original receipt is required and the item must have the original tag attached and be in its original condition.
You can exchange the item for something else and any price difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
