Customs fees

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. The rules and thresholds vary by country and unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges. If you’re unsure about possible fees, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges.

Returns

We want you to love your new vintage piece. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period for all purchases, worldwide.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll issue a refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used at purchase.

Please ensure returned items are unworn and in the same condition as when you received them, without any additional wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return or offer a partial refund if this condition is not met.

We will refund you once we have received the item and confirmed it is in the same condition as when it was purchased. We will process the refund as fast as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. You will get email notification when the refund has been completed.

If your order met the free shipping requirement and after the returns the order value falls below it, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please pack the items carefully, preferably in the same packaging you received them in, to prevent any damage during transit.

We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address, damaged during transport, or lost.

Returns in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Baltics, and Belgium

We offer a free 30-day return policy for our customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Baltics, and Belgium.

A return address label will be included with your order, and you can return your items through the same courier you received them with. Pack the items carefully and attach the address label on the parcel.

Note that on orders via GLS, the return label is not included. If you ordered through GLS and wish to make a return, please contact us. For our contact details, please visit our Contact us page.

In-store returns

You can return your online order to our store in Helsinki or Tampere within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns for the Rest of the World

We offer a 30-day return policy worldwide. If you are returning items from outside Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Baltics or Belgium, you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping.

We recommend using a service with a tracking code and keeping your receipt until the return has been processed.

Received a faulty item?

If your item has a flaw that was not mentioned in the product description, please contact us to file a claim. We will cover the shipping and return costs in this case.

If you would like to keep the item despite the unmentioned flaw, please contact us and we will work out a possible discount for the item.

Unclaimed package

An unclaimed package is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation of the order. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the true cost of delivery and return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Problem situations

If your order is lost, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, please report it to us within 14 days. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, contact the shipping company immediately.
